At Forever Flowering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical arrangements. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure the delicate floral arrangements are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our floral specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
